Tiny Giant Studios takes a holistic approach to web design, using specialized design partners and our own dedicated web developers to make sure you get a top-quality end-product. We believe that in order to maximize the impact of your website, careful consideration should be given to both the visual and functional. With this in mind, we do not develop websites on a whim: Instead we focus on the journey to make sure we delve down to the core of the client’s needs.

Individual Website Training

We provide individual / team-based website training that for those that would like to maintain their website themselves. The course content changes depending on the complexity of the website and the skill level of the individual. Training sessions are held on-site with the client using their own computers to ensure familiarity.

Video-based Website Training

This service is tailor-made for those clients that would like to do website training at their own pace or would like to revisit sessions at a later stage. We’ve filmed the entire backend of the content management system, with a step-by-step guide on how to get the most out of it. The video course is available in short snippets straight from the website backend and each lesson lasts between 2 – 5 minutes.

Basic Social Media Sharing

Suited for websites where visitors are able to share the content manually on their own Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest or Google+ walls. This helps with distribution of your content to a wider audience while also helping your website ranking with search engines like Google. This section is usually implemented on websites with regular blog / news articles and is a great way to push content through to your captive audience.

Advanced Social Media Sharing

Suited for websites where website owners already have a social media presence. Advanced social media sharing allows for all new content generated in the website, to be pushed through to all of their social media profile automatically. A practical example: When a new blog / news post is published, an update is sent to Facebook, Twitter and Google+ automatically. This keeps your visitors up to date with the latest news while reducing the manual labour involved.

Enhanced Security

Although our content management was developed from the ground up with security in mind, there are certain modules that can enhance it even more. By default, these are excluded as it does add another layer of complexity that is not needed for all websites. We do, however, recommend it for any websites that that will gather personal details or that operates as an online store.

Search Engine Optimisation Tools

By default we build our websites to be as search engine friendly as possible. A big aspect of of search engine optimisation, however, is the quality of the content on the website. With our search engine optimisation tools, you will be able to scan your content to make sure it’s as optimised as possible. This will aid in your efforts to get a good ranking on the search engine’s result pages.

Advanced Forms

Advanced forms are ideally suited where the website collects important information from the user. It is typically used for event booking, accommodation reservations, insurance claim forms or selecting options for a customised product. In some instances, various parts of a form could be enabled / disabled depending on previous answers.

- Menu structure and sitemap
- All images to be used throughout website (including logo)
Initial Development
Tiny Giant Studios provides:
- Setup of initial website
- Design of website
- Adds given content
- Sends link of demo website to client

Phase 2 – Customising

Content Changes
Client Provides
- Word Doc of all CONTENT changes to be made (text and images)
- Word Doc of all STYLE changes to be made (colors, spaces, sizes, positions)
Midway Point
AT THIS POINT you should be aware that one set of changes is included in the quote, so please be sure to list all you content and style changes in this document. In the fine-tuning section you will be given the opportunity to make 5 more small changes at no extra cost.
Midway Development
Tiny Giant Studios will:
- Make the requested changes and notify the client when done

Phase 3 – Fine Tuning

Small Changes
Client Provides
- Word Doc of small changes to be made (e.g. change home text from x to y; change button colour from charcoal to wine-red)
Final Development
Tiny Giant Studios:
- Implement the final changes to the website
- Make the website live on the actual website address
- Submit the website to search engines for indexing
Final Payment
Client Provides:
- The balance payment of the project
